On Sunday, August 20, 2023, age 86, of Millvale. Father of Philip (Pam) Cochran III, William (Lynne) Chochran, Georgeanne (Lee) Cochran, Carol (Steve) Tovcimak, Linda Lee (Michael) Kaczmarec, and Cianna (Tony) Morrocco. Spouse of the late Carol Schaaf. Brother of Carol (Ed) McCreary, Norman R. (Roberta) Cochran, the late Alice Cochran, and William R. (Emma) Cochran. Also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. No Visitation. Services private. Phil was a member of the 82nd Airborne Infantry Division. The family suggests memorials to St. Jude's. Arrangements by Hahn FH & Cremation Services Inc.
