On Tuesday, April 6, 2021, suddenly, age 40, of Millvale. Beloved husband of Cherise Concannon.  Son of Kim (Travis) Holt, and the late Mark Concannon. Son-in-law of Gary Smeresky and Michelle Cinkan. Step-Father of Tyler, Jesse, and Nathan. Pappy of Noah, Julian, and Adalynn. Brother of Mark and Joseph Concannon. Brother-in-Law of Jonathan and Cheri Smeresky. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Friends received Friday 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Hahn FH & Cremation Services Inc. 123 North Avenue, Millvale.
