Mary Lou “Sue” Schindler

On Monday, June 30, 2025, of Millvale. Wife of the late Robert J. Schindler,  Mother of Joseph (Laurie) Schindler, Janine (late Joseph) Kirker, and the late Richard and Robert (Karen) Schindler. Proud Grandma of Justin (Winona), Melanie, Stephanie, late Kristine, Sara (Aaron), David (Haylee), Nick, Tyler, and Melissa (Seth), Great-grandmother of nine. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Sue found joy in the simple pleasures of life - camping beneath the stars, sewing with care and creativity, and tracing the threads of her family's history through genealogy. But above all, she found her truest happiness in the presence of her family. It was with them that she experienced love, laughter, and peace. Even in life's darkest moments, Sue had a unique gift for helping others see beauty through sorrow. Her unwavering faith was a source of great strength and comfort, both to her and to those around her. She lived a life marked by grace, kindness, and a deep appreciation for the bonds that connect us. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who were lucky enough to know and love her.
