March 10, 1932-March 1, 2022, Joseph Frank Wach, 89, surrounded by his loving family, entered eternal life and now rests in the loving arms of Our Lord. Joe was a loving Husband, Father, Pap and friend. He is survived by his loving wife Sharon of 50 years, his children Lorraine Alexander, Michael, and Timothy (Laura) Wach, grandchildren Michele, Sarah, Joseph, Hannah, Josie, and Henry Wach, Great grandchildren Joel, Mark, Aiden, Riley, Tyler, Joseph and Addison. He was preceded in death by his son Joseph E. Wach. Joe was born in the Manchester neighborhood of Pittsburgh to Joseph and Madalyn Wach, attended North Catholic High School, and worked at Allis Chalmers. He left the factory to pursue his lifelong dream of being a Pittsburgh Police Officer. Joe proudly spent nearly 30 years in policing, retiring as a first grade detective. Joe loved the police force second to only his family. He was a 55 year member of the Fraternal Order of Police. He will be remembered as a loving family man who spread love to all he encountered, a mentor, a coach and a hero. Joe spent his final years at the Little Sisters of the Poor, where he was loved by all who knew him. Our family is eternally grateful for the care and love they have shown and wish to further their ministry. & Friends will be received Friday 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Hahn FH & Cremation Services Inc., 123 North Avenue, Millvale. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 10 AM.
