James R. Burn Sr. "Blackie"

On Monday, February 16, 2026, of Millvale, originally of Garfield. Beloved Husband of 64 years to Dorothy "Heron" Burn. Loving Father of James R. (Lori) Burn Jr., Michael T (Marianne) Burn, and Cheri (Ken) Costello. Proup Pap of Claire and Maeve Costello and Jimmy and Brandon Burn. Brother of Alice "Sue" Carney, Donald (Evelyn) Burn, and the late Ron (Jane) and Jerry Burn. James was the former owner of The Millvale House and the James Burn Painting Company. He loved sports, especially football. He was known to watch every NFL game that was on TV. He had a quick wit and was well-loved for his sense of humor. Friends received Tuesday, February 24, from 10 AM until the time of services at 12 noon at the Hahn FH & Cremation Services Inc., 123 North Avenue, Millvale.
