George Ivanusic Obituary

A great Man, Husband, Father, Grandfather, Friend, Comic, Fisherman shall be remembered: Born December 29, 1940 to Frank/Anna(Berkopec). The youngest of 9 siblings. Served proudly in US Army 1959-1961 home and abroad: "Germany. 2 years. In the snow. Drinking beer. Testing Artillery. But drinking beer mostly." As a Dad, he also successfully owned/operated Mandy's Pizza Millvale from 1983-1992, worked full time at Nabisco until retirement in 1995 and avidly fished with his son and wife any chance they got. Many BIG fish were caught on his boats. He is survived and celebrated by his son George(Stephanie); Grandchildren: Andrew, Reagan, Lily, and Violet; Brothers Robert and Mike (Lorraine), Sisters Freda and MaryAnn, many nieces and nephews, and in-laws. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Darlene, his parents, and by his siblings Honey, Frank, Ralph, Loretta, and Bill. Private service arrangements family only due to Covid-19 at this time.
