Francis "Frank" James Rutkowski

On Friday, August 30, 2019, age 74, of Pittsburgh. Former Husband of the late Eileen "Sieg" Rutkowski. Father of Francis J. (Jennifer) Rutkowski, Aileen ( Michael) Budway, and James Rutkowski.  & Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild. Brother of Mary (Les) Nelson, Ruth (Michael) MacDonald, Brother-in-Law of Beverly Rutkowski. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Mary Rutkowski and Brothers Tom and John Rutkowski. No Visitation. A Celebration of Life Service will be held On Tuesday at 6:30 PM at the Grant Bar.. Frank loved Rock and Roll music, especially Doo-Woop. He was an avid sports fan. He was dearly loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed.
