On Sunday, July 2, 2017, age 79, of Shaler Twp., Beloved husband of the late Eileen Fisher; brother of Donald (Nancy) Fisher, Marlene (Norman) Bernardi, Beverly (Bob) Twedt, Janet Fleming and the late Joseph and James Fisher; special friend of Sue Hagmaier; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends received Thursday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the HAHN FH & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 123 North Avenue, Millvale. Service Friday 10 a.m. Richard served in the Army.
