Regis P. Steedle, Jr. May 12, 1955 - February 7, 2022 Age 66, of Millvale, on February 7, 2022. Beloved brother of Kenneth (Cathy) Steedle. Loving father of Regis P. Steedle III. Loving grandfather of Krysta and Ashton Steedle. Rege was the owner of Steedle's Candy and Ice Cream in Millvale which he purchased from his uncle, Albert Yetter in 1972. The store was created by Albert in 1940 and after Rege purchased it in 1972, he operated the store until 2006. It was well known for having excellent homemade candy and ice cream and it was featured in articles in Pittsburgh Magazine and the Pittsburgh Press and Post Gazette. Rege was very proud of the almost 70 year old business and all of the wonderful memories that it provided for the people of Pittsburgh. Services and entombment are private.
