Gail Latterman Weaver On November 11, 2023 - Daughter of the late Dorothy Rosenberg Latterman and Philip Latterman, sister of the late Mark Alan Latterman. Gail is survived by her beloved aunt, Anne Gerson, nieces and nephews Patty Love (Rob), Gregg Latterman (Sue), Sara Tierney (Chris) Jim Latterman, Steve Latterman, and Annette Latterman, and many grand-nieces and nephews. She is also survived by many cherished cousins. Gail graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and returned in her forties to study medical ethics at Pitt and in London, England. After working with alcoholics at Mayview State Hospital and outpatient centers, she was active in the feminist movement, Healthcare for All, and on many Democratic issues. She founded a Health Information Service for consumers at the medical library in McKeesport Hospital and volunteered at animal shelters, domestic violence centers, and Planned Parenthood. She was much loved and will be dearly missed. As per Gail's wishes, the burial was private.
