Bigley, Jr.; loving mother of Jeff Bigley; sister of Gary (Darlene) Cooper; cousin of Bill Cooper, Janet Reetz, Dennis Cooper, Nancy Scheidler and the late David Reetz. Eastern Star service Wednesday 7 p.m. Services Friday 10 a.m. at Christ Lutheran Church. Elaine was a member of the Eastern Star Jephthah Chapter #73 for over 50 years. She was a member of the Daughters of the Nile, very active in the Shaler High School Class of 1961 reunions, lifetime member of Christ Lutheran Church, longtime member of the Hannah Circle and a volunteer at the VA Hospital.
