Anna Marie Schwab (Barkovitch) "Barkie" On Monday, January 31, 2022, formerly of Shaler Township, after a long battle with Alzheimer's. Anna Marie was born on February 11, 1931 to the late John and Anna Barkovitch. Beloved wife of 71 years to Robert C. Schwab, loving mother of Carol L. (Robert) Hesz and Robert P. (and the late Diana) Schwab, loving grandmother of Sydney (Aaron) Janusey and Bo (Tori) Schwab, great-grandmother of James Janusey, Charlie Janusey and Tripp Schwab, loving sister of Joan (Barkovitch) Woods, the late John (June) Barkovitch, the late Robert Barkovitch, and the late Raymond Barkovitch. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received at Hahn Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 123 North Avenue, Millvale, PA, on Wednesday, February 2nd, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Matthew Parish, Holy Spirit Church, 608 Farragut Street, Millvale, PA at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 5th. The family requests out of courtesy to the living, that masks be worn at the visitation and funeral.
